Excitement!

I am so excited about the coming of our new baby!  I can't wait to meet this little one.  I'm relieved that this, so far, has been the easiest pregnancy yet.  I think God new that I couldn't take care of three kids by myself and be as sick as I have been with the others, and for this I am very grateful.  I really can't complain about much, other than feeling more tired than I have ever felt in my entire life, but I hope this too shall soon pass.  I am looking forward to my doctor appointment on Wednesday and getting to see the baby and hear it's heart beat.  My sweet Derek told his nursery leaders today that there are two babies in my tummy, Karlie and Howard have both said things of this nature as well, so it will be nice to prove to them all that there is really only one healthy baby in there too.  I can't wait to find out if it's a girl or a boy, while I am almost positive that it is a girl I want to be sure before I go crazy getting things out and ready.  I know that there is still seven months from today until my exact due date, but I am so excited that I want to start getting everything ready now.  I think we'll find out either the Wednesday before or after Christmas, so I guess that will be my Christmas present this year.  Karlie keeps suggesting things that we should name the baby, especially if it's a sister.  Derek asked me the other day what the baby's name is too.  Howard and I have discussed names back and forth, and I am so torn that I have decided that I am not going to name it this time until it's born.  I guess it will be a good surprise for everyone when it comes.  It's always good to have a little mystery every now and then.

I've also been busy trying to sew the kids costumes for Halloween, and I'm quickly running out of time.  Karlie's has been terrible.  She wants to be a witch, but her costume has a bazillion pieces and is taking forever.  Derek's won't be too bad, I just have to get creative making extra legs for his spider.  I was going to make Brayden a black cat, but he might just end up being a dog, we'll have to see how things go I guess.  With Karlie's nearly done now, hopefully the rest will go quicker.  I hope the kids are cooperative the next couple of days so that I can get enough time to sew.
